I thought this was 1) overpriced, and 2) tasteless. We had enjoyed Forever Yogurt in Chicago and was hoping it would be as good as that. We were very disappointed and won't be going back. I give two stars for the the only good things we enjoyed: the friendliness of the lovely salesgirl behind the register and the fresh fruit toppings (kiwi, blueberries, strawberries).

Stopped by for a frozen yogurt after my waitress at the Blue Tortilla Restaurant suggested it. I was thrilled with the exotic flovors of frozen yogurt that was available in addition to the able selection of toppings. The only down side is the price by weight and that they really don't offer a small bowl; however, it seems that all frozen yogurt places like this do the same thing.

Blue Penguin has the best flavors of frozen yogurt and they always have new ones too not to mention all the toppings they have. They have anything imaginable. My personal favorite is the cheese cake bite. Its so delicious that im eating Georgia Peach right now!

I was in New Hope visiting for the day and my BF and I wanted some ice cream. We decided on Frozen Yogurt. Blue Penguin has that very clean looking interior of white tiles and bright lights and the self serve stainless steel machines and the serve your self toppings. The flavors were delicious. I tried most of them. the cake batter was tasty, and the coffee was a treat. I LOVED the peanut butter, it really tasted like peanuts butter! The staff was friendly, handing out little try it cartons so you could taste all the flavors. Frozen yogurt by the ounce can sneak up on you with the price, so don't get too carried away with the heavy toppings. I would definitely come back. :)

Blue Penguin is definitely as good as it gets and sets the standard for yogurt goodness. Diego and I are both very picky about yogurt flavors, as often times they can taste too artificial for our palates. BP's yogurt recipes are, by far, the best we've tasted. Not only do the flavors taste just like the descriptions, they all taste natural and really yummy. It's hard to choose between all the different flavors, because they all taste so darn good. BP not only offers an awesome selection of tasty yogurts, their variety of toppings makes it even harder to decide whether it's going to be a "fruity" cup day or a "guilty-pleasure" cup day. I love that the fruit is always super fresh, and it's clear that they care about the freshness, too. Diego usually doesn't bother to get fruit at other yogurt places, because the containers either look like they've been sitting out all day, or they've basically become receptacles for the droppings of toppings other customers leave behind. BP is always spotless. The toppings are so good I've even considered getting a cup of just toppings before. That's not weird, right? I totally appreciate BP's cleanliness, the quality of their ingredients and the wonderful variety of tasty yogurt. You certainly don't get that at the other local yogurt shops (yuck!).

I was craving something sweet after a delicious dinner at Blue Tortilla. We were going to go to Moo Hope, but then saw this place and decided to give it a try. OMG, the best frozen yoghurt I've had in a long time. I had the salted popcorn and pumpkin pie blend, with amazing toppings. The place was clean, the owner super friendly, and it was the perfect ending to a great meal. I am a HUGE fan of Blue Penguin!

I do enjoy this place and make it a point to visit when I am in the area. It is right over the bridge and I routinely walk over from New Jersey. Nothing better on a nice day. Many times, I simply turn around and go back to Lambertville completely by-passing the rest of New Hope. I like their sorbets and always get them with some fruit on top. They generally always have two flavors of sorbet but the last time I was in there was only one. The rest of their many flavors vary based on interesting and traditional ice cream flavors in a yogurt format. They also have a full array of toppings. The staff is friendly and will generally offer plenty of free samples if they aren't too busy. It is pretty simple and straight forward since it is self serve. Still it has all you really need except for tables to sit inside. There is an area up in the front by the windows were you can sit on the window sills or stand in the area. They also have free water up here to enjoy. But if it is really nice, you can take a few steps down the side walk and look at the river. It is always a terrific day if they have two great sorbet flavors to mix, the weather is nice and I get to see a snapper turtle in the river.

The frozen yogurt and toppings all had great, natural flavor. It was easy to serve yourself, sampling was encouraged, and overall it was a nice experience. The location is great--right at the end of the walkway over the bridge on the Delaware River. Some tables or a seating area would have made this a five star experience. We will stop by again, next time we are in New Hope, or Lambertville! It's a nice walk over the bridge.
